What FDBK is

FDBK lets you gather anonymous feedback from people you choose and receive an AI-synthesized report interpreting what they shared. Creating a form and sharing your first 10 links is free; unlocking your report costs $5. Ongoing AI coaching on a report you have unlocked is an optional subscription, covered below.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use FDBK.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate information, and keep your email reachable; that's where your report notifications go.

Forms are about you

Feedback forms must be about yourself. Creating a form about someone else, to collect opinions about them without their knowledge, is not what FDBK is for, and we may remove such forms and the accounts that create them. You confirm this when you create each form.

Content guidelines

• Share your feedback links with people you actually know, not on public boards or with strangers.
• Don't use FDBK to harass, threaten, or demean anyone, and don't submit unlawful content through a feedback form.
• If submitted feedback contains abusive content, we may decline to generate a report from it.
• Don't probe, attack, or attempt to break the anonymity protections, for example by trying to identify who wrote a response.

Payments and refunds

• Unlocking a report costs $5, one time, per form. That includes every future update to that form's report.
• Additional links cost $5 for each pack of 10.
• All payments are final. No refunds.
• Links are one-time use, fully anonymous, and expire 30 days after they're created.

Coaching subscription

Once you've unlocked a report, you can subscribe to AI coaching on it: an ongoing conversation with a coach that works from your published report. It has not seen the individual responses and cannot tell you who said what.

• What it costs. $5 per month. You can start it on its own, in which case the first $5 is charged straight away, or take it together with your report for $8, which covers the $5 report and your first month of coaching, with the $5 per month beginning 30 days later.
• It renews until you stop it. The subscription renews automatically each month at $5 and continues until you cancel it.
• Canceling. You can cancel any time from your Settings page, which opens our payment provider's billing page. Coaching stays available until the end of the month you've already paid for, and is not charged again after that. We don't refund part-months.
• After it ends. Your report and your past coaching conversations stay readable. You just can't send new messages until you subscribe again.
• If a payment fails. We'll email you and keep coaching available for a short while so you can fix it. If it stays unpaid, the subscription ends.
• Fair use. There is a daily limit on coaching messages, set high enough that normal use will never meet it. We may adjust it, and we may limit or end accounts using it to resell access or to run automated traffic through it.
• Same caveat as the report. Coaching is for reflection. It is not professional, medical, or psychological advice, and it can be wrong.

It is not professional, medical, or psychological advice, and it can be wrong. Read it the way you'd hear a thoughtful friend: worth taking seriously, not worth treating as a verdict.

The service itself

• FDBK is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't accept liability for losses or costs arising from your use of it.
• We may change or discontinue features as the product evolves.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
• If we make meaningful changes to these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
